AI Systems Now Inc provides administrative services: calls, booking, reminders, Google review requests by email, and online presence, to chiropractic clinics in Ontario and Canada wide. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
When you request a free audit or a discovery call, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, business name, and website or city. We also collect information you share through our chat widget, including your name, email, or phone if you choose to provide them.
We use your information to prepare your free audit, respond to enquiries, and provide the services you sign up for. We send review requests and reminders by email only. Alerts to your team are sent by email only.
We do not sell your information. We share details only with the tools needed to deliver our services (for example, email delivery and booking) and where required by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can unsubscribe from review requests and reminders at any time.
